The Emetry team is welcoming a new member of the advisory board, Lauren Hougas, a leader in the analytics arena.
Lauren is currently the Digital Analytics Leader at HealthPartners, the largest consumer-governed, non-profit healthcare organization in the nation dedicated to improving the health of its members, patients and the community.
HealthPartners provides a full-range of health plan services including insurance, administration and health and well-being programs, serving over 1.4 million medical and dental health plan members nationwide.
Prior to that, Lauren served as a Senior Director Analytics and Insights -shortly after a promotion from Senior Manager- at the W2O Group, a marketing communications firm driven by insight integration to give brands an unfair advantage by unearthing transformative insights that their competition can’t see and integrate them across all MarCom disciplines.
Lauren has mastered social media and market research disciplines, utilizing multiple methodologies to analyze the influence of products and services, as well as translating complex data analysis into streamlined and actionable insights at a number of other respected companies in Minneapolis, including Jostens and Capella Education Company.
Lauren’s expertise will play an essential part in the success of Emetry’s ability to provide the wine industry with not just actionable data, but the compelling insights to be gleaned from it. Lauren will be a key player in helping our customers find the correlations that drive high impact strategy.
